This depends 100% on the girl, because each one is different, but I can tell you some things I do (I’m a shyer type), and some things other girls do.

• A shy girl making eye contact for several seconds or avoiding eye contact all together - This sounds basic, but women who are shy, will sometimes hold your gaze longer than they mean to, even when they aren’t speaking to you. Other times, they may completely ignore your presence or purposefully look away in an effort to not seem to interested or to keep from being embarrassed.
• Repeatedly touching your arm or shoulder - Unless the girl in question is a very touchy-feely person, chances are she’s into you. Women who are sincere about relationships don’t often touch a potential interest carelessly. This can include instances that were casual, such as you were in each other’s way (if this happens often).
