Mercedes-AMG will work their magic on EQ range of electric cars

EQC SUV might get a hotter AMG version after its launch in 2020
- Will get more powerful motors
Mercedes-Benz recently took the wraps off its all electric EQC electric SUV which is the first electric product under the new EQ brand. However, while this is great news for the tree huggers, the Mercedes-AMG division wanted to do something for the enthusiasts too. According to reports, once the EQC is launched in 2020, a madder AMG badged version will follow it up.
Now the standard EQC specs are pretty impressive. Two motors on each axle give a combined output of over 400bhp and an insane 765 Nm or turning force which propels the car to 100kmph in just 5.1 seconds. The AMG version should be quicker and not to mention more fun to drive as well.
The AMG version is expected to debut at least a year after the standard car is launched and we expect more cars to give it company like the EQA hatchback and the EQS sedan. The current electric crossover scene has the Tesla Model X and the Jaguar I-Pace and will be followed by the Audi E-Tron in 2019. An electric future might not seem so bad after all.

POCO Launcher available in Google Play for Xiaomi and other devices

Most smartphone manufacturers have their own software division whose job is to create unique and compelling features for the company’s customers. This can come in many forms but besides applications and games, it’s the home screen where people spend most of their time. It’s generally in their best interest to keep these software features exclusive to their own devices and the company has just released the POCO Launcher in the Play Store for other Xiaomi devices. Upon further testing though, we were able to install it on many other devices directly from the Play Store.   The  Xiaomi Pocophone F1 / Xiaomi Poco F1  is the company’s new sub-brand and it has been able to amass a lot of attention due to its high-end hardware and current price point. Sure, the material isn’t high-end glass like we’ve started seeing in other smartphones with flagship level specs, but for the sub-$300 price tag, we really shouldn’t be expecting that. Among the unique ...
